ReplyDeleteThe article is about the pros and cons of free-access or structured-provisioning. I think a balance of both is needed. Maybe it's my innovative DISC personality that doesn't like rules, but free-access is what I prefer. It's simple and fast, not to mention today's search engines do pretty well for me.
